Dragon Hoard enchantments drop refining stones, as Fey enchantments drop enchantments. Also Dragon Hoards are auto-pickup and I believe the Fey you have to pick up manually.

Either the Drowned or Burning set are good choices. The Drowned set heals you for 50% of your hit points when struck (good for PVP). I started a guild with a small group about a month ago and some of the members quit playing. At least 3, if not 4 of us still play daily, but getting the stronghold upgraded this way is nearly impossible. We still do daily stronghold quests though, hah. All of us are lvl 70, mostly dps but healers are being built as alts.…
