Yes, I did several times. But all he says to me is "Everything is quiet at the moment"... €: Ok, after I've read that he will send me to the Icepire Peak, I simply went there. I did some remaining quests et voila the campaign was unlocked... how would someone know that?...

I've got a similar problem that still remains... I've finished the first two campaign missions of "Tyranny of Dragons", but the third is still locked. Btw it's locked since about 3 or 4 months... I don't know a way to fix it :(
