No the pack doesn't show up on that page. And when I click on the permissions page, it shows nothing at all for me.

So get that not all things are available..but it seems like the founder's pack isn't tied to my account, though it shows my account having purchased it. I went to the founder's merchant in the game and doesn't show me having anything to claim. Also don't see a way to add the forum title to me as well.

Ah, okay not all the stuff is available. (Lack of reading comprehension FTL), however It doesn't seem my account has the AD, or the forum title as well. It shows on my account that I made the purchase and have the email receipt. Any ideas?

Same here, purchased a Founder's pack, the Guardian of the North, and haven't received any of the items or Astral Diamonds.
