The dot applied to allies from the plague fire bug is so miniscule and is instantly healed up by that very same SF or Astral Seal. Bug? Yes. Should we be worried? No.

I tried Boots of the Fire Giant, but it's not letting me to change appearance to it. I think it's because the item has to be class restricted to Devoted Cleric, or maybe it's dependent on the initial item's restriction. Either way, too bad, because the boots are awesome looking!

I've seen a lot of Clerics use it, and they claim that it works on heals too. However, regardless of their claim, even if it works on heals, I do not believe it is the best enchant for Clerics. I personally use Plague Fire. My other choice was Holy Avenger, but Plague Fire proved to be more beneficial.

Yes, still bugged and only heals 1 person, which is usually yourself.

The buff starts counting down from 45 seconds and then disappears in ~3-4 seconds. So maybe you are right about it showing the ICD instead of the actual duration. In any case, a 15% chance proc for a 3 second duration buff doesn't sound too good for a T2 4-piece armor bonus -- should be classified as a bug IMO.

Add Beacon of Faith (T2 4p bonus) to that as well -- the buff called Luminescent Glory only lasts for 3 seconds, while the tooltip starts counting down from 45 seconds. I just refuse to believe that it is intended.

@arestin, I don't understand why you (or rather your party decided to) put the Astral Shield close to the boss. Usually I run this with two Clerics or 1 Cleric and 1 Tank, and having 2 CWs is highly recommended. Single Rogue on boss. It's fine as it is. Don't forget that it's dispellable. A good rotation of knockback + stuns can pretty much already render you dead. And Rogues at 60 with high GS do an immense amount of damage making it really hard even in 1v1 situations.

They are still only planning to release this post announcement, which is just that, a plan of action. I won't be surprised if this plan was to say that the game will be down for another 12 hours.

How is GW2 pay-to-win? Not even close. All of the gear is pretty much the same stat-wise, GW2 is probably the only MMO where gear doesn't play a big role. Not to mention you can start doing structured PvP from level 2 and have the same gear as everyone else for free.
