imo population decreased cuz of the following: 1. this gs thing .. (need cleric with 11k gs lol @ this) 2. disappointment of some players for having no new paragon, class, race 3. lastly theres nothing to do honestly

i know min cleric can use 4 times divine power . and how come you run out of it using only 2 skills? maybe youre talking about diff game?
