Did you try this: Start game, login 2nd character (that you know loads OK). Travel to or from Protector's Enclave to Blacklake. Logout of character. Login to 1st character.

The game's progession descriptions need some work. After I hit 70 it said Sharandar was above my level, but I was OK to go poke around the Well of Dragons. (about IL 1100-1200) Which of course meant I got CRUSHED walking around the Well.

The listed solution sort of works. The one I found that works for me (your results may vary): I created a new toon, completed the tutorial and left him in Protector's Enclave. Then I switched characters to my main. The loading is a bit choppy but goes through. The next time it happens, I restart the game, choose my new…
