I find it takes about an hour per level once you get into the 30's, but my only character is at 44 right now so my information is limited. Maybe if you have done it before, you skip though much of the text and optimize your questing you can cut it to 30min/level. I hear of people doing it in 2 or 3 days, but I don't know…
