Thanks, the fix worked, I only needed to do it once and it got back to normal every other time I launched Neverwinter.exe . Was a bit confused since the instructions are for windows 7 while I'm still on XP, but it wasn't that different.

I'm having the same issue here, running neverwinter.exe only leaves it minimized in the tray and it doesn't come up.
