The fix for that seems to be Apply To All Loadouts with your companions, sometimes with Mounts too/instead. It solved it for me, the wife, and for a few others who've had that issue that I know. YMMV, Caveat Emptor, Wear Crash Helmet With Speed Mods.

Glory Of Neverwinter can be claimed, but does not open. Fresh out of intro questline. Double clicking does nothing. Right click and open does nothing. Back to Not Being Pleased again.

Chultan Hunter and Tiger is claimable infinitely on each toon - and is unbound. Tiger was also doing the same, but now appears charbound once claimed, and prior claimed have "switched" to charbound as I was typing this. There's already people spam posting the things on the AH, shocker.
