I paid for the $60 founders pack today and can download nothing..I have no key ..no beta access ...nothing and the beta is going on now..anyone have any ideas..am i missing something here please help

Can someone please help me...like i said in the post before i have purchased the $60 founders pack its cleared the bank.. There is nothing that allows me to download the beta..cant get extras because i cant even get the game. i have been trying to figure this out for hours..
