Thank you silverkelt the problem is solved I talked to an npc in the Blacklake District that did not have a question mark but she had a mission for me to get the crown for Neverwinter I completed the mission and I charged Zen to my account.

Things are working good for me and the network problems seem to be solved and Arden is happy again the character in game is Lexiaxx my control wizard.

Game is working stable for almost an hour or more good work Arden is happy the network problems appear to be solved for now :)

Cryptic is there news when we can play without the network problems? Arden wants to know she is not happy with the disconnects she even has a never winter outfit lol and she cannot wait to play without the network problems.
