For the justice path the last feat isn't working you don't get the Divine Judge so losing 35% more damage.

Add some new classes that can use magic and heavy armors with shields. I suggest Paladin(DC+GF/GWF combo) Spellblade or Arcane Warrior(CW+GF/GWF), Blackguard or Abyss Walker(SW+GF/GWF), some new gear T3 or Higher, A closet Option to see how items look on you.

Is HR a solid choice for PvE Content or not after the mod 3 he has been nerfed like hell. Other than that there is not a paragon path that is solid for Archer.
