Go to queues, choose private and enter a dungeon alone. A majority of them now have enemy rating 7k, so you need 57k to cap. Try removing all your gear and see where you end up. Bikini-armor is a totally viable option now. Its either that or zariel capped at 90k that lets you hit the scaled cap from what I've observed.

I agree with this a lot. The targeting is really, really difficult. And please make the mark visible on the left side on the party summary. I can't see it at all behind the tank health bar and stamina bar.

I think a new set with the updated orcus bonus would be very appreciated (ie 10%) but with current stats and item level.

Thank you very much for listening to feedback and making some balances even in mod18. I think it is a good strategy to start with smaller buffs and increase them little by little, so as to even out the differences in incremental steps rather than risking creating new imbalances.
