  • Bought a pack. It is completely charged, completed, and has been applied to my account. I cannot logon and have not received an email about BW4. Edit: Reclicked the link in the "Your Neverwinter Founders Pack Transaction Is Not Complete!" email. Restarted launcher and Neverwinter showed up and is Patching.

  • My transaction is complete and the money has been taken from my account. It even has a thank you for supporting and playing neverwinter. I clicked the option to show all games. Neverwinter is not in the list. Is it up and running?
