Black Unicorn - Account cannot be reclaimed. I have it on my main but it is not showing up for reclaim on anyone else.

I bought it and it appears to be bugged. It is not showing up on individual preview and I am afraid to equip it now.

To clarify, I used the token in the Tower of Alteration. The token was consumed. My appearance did not change. Right after I opened a bug ticket, the token reappeared in my inventory and it worked the second time. Thank you for taking the time to respond.
