  • I have the same problem. My fps drop heavily in the city and sometimes other areas. I can't lock the refresh rate above 60Hz either. My specs are: i7 920 - 3.8GHz 12GB Kingston DDR3 1333MHz Radeon HD 6870 @ 900MHz Cpu usage is ~40-50% on all 4 cores (HyperThreading disabled) Gpu usage rarely goes above 40%.
