UPDATE: I learned that the quest refers to the dailys at the wandering emporium. It still tell me to go barovia, but if i complete one there and then return in barovia it show an updated log.

For me there is no avernus quest in avernus, only in barovia. If i go in barovia, it tell me to complete 5 avernus quest, which is impossible because i am in barovia and not in avernus.

Maybe it's work because the original quest foresaw the refining of rank 1 enchantment. But for the Insigna quest can't be the same because there is no rank 1 Insigna. All insignas start with green quality and refining green insignia to blue quality doesn't resolve the problem.

I used Free and 300 Zen respec but the rank 4 of Weapon Master make unusable this power.

You can use 3 different marks: one from IBS, one from Daring Shout, and another one from Threatening Rush. All are cumulative.

I switched my profound GWF gear at lvl 65 for the blue pvp set gear for only 15k glory from npc, and I was in Helm.

Only the fourth rank of Weapon Master class feature is bugged, the third rank build stucks normally.

Sorry to up this post. I have the same issue. After the PVP Gaunt of 23.00, I STILL have the message: "Cannot queue while your queue instance is still active". EDIT: Seems to work. Thanks.
