Buffs and De-Buffs counts as control power? Another Question: Is there something wrong with my GF or I'm really having a hard time making all the enemies attack me? Even with the threat bonuses I have, they still go for the CW or DC most of the time, even if I try spamming tab button.

For Skirmish: You won't be able to do that Skirmish again unless there's a Call to Arms Event. For Dungeons: You can only re-enter it manually by going to the map where that dungeon exist. My answers assume you outleveled this Skirmishes and Dungeons. PS: If my answers are wrong, correcting me would be appreciated.
