• Ya.. I just spent almost an hour on this quest.. only to get to the part where I am supposed to help the sage start the ritual. He told me to sprinkle blue sapphire dust on it. I know where the dust is supposed to be (on the middle shelf of the bookshelf behind him) but it's not there.
