The 220 or so Summer feasts I have ARE certainly still bound to my character... The silly blue ribbon pig is still bound to my character even though vendor marked BOE and never used... Vendor marked BOA glory badges are still bound to character and not account...

I have been able to confirm there is a rash of items that are labeled as bind on equip or bind to account that are all actually behaving like Bind to character on Pickup... picked up the blue ribbon pig mount because it said boe and **** it if it did not say bound to character as soon as I picked it up! man this sux big time ... put in a ticket for that as well... anyone heard anything?

I am seeing the same bug here... Bought 31 of the things because it said bind on account and then noticed item in bag says bound character and it is truly acting as though bound to the character.

I have to believe allowing items to be bought with AD through vendor is the right approach. I too am having the same issues so I tried the neverwinter gateway for the lawls and it came back with "Neverwinter Gateway is currently undergoing maintenance. Please try again later."

Steam exclusion is not advertised on the buyer pack info... this is not readily available information so I purchased 1000 zen through steam transaction after being enticed with the pack. there should be a fix to this issue imho that includes rightfully rewarding the pack to steam purchases made until they update the info…

The game just came back up early it looks like and after logging in and jumping back into the zen store it certainly does not say this excluding steam transaction clause anywhere... Might I have any further confirmation please.

I also see an issue with the first time buyers pack but no info about it in these patch notes. There is a post as a sticky where there can be no reply that has a troublesome statement made as "excluding steam transactions". There is also another side discussion about it where it looks like there is confirmation to my issue…

I wonder why excluding Steam Transactions..? I did not see "excluding Steam transactions" anywhere in the store before my Zen transfer using steam transaction, and that would be very bad form IMHO. I wouldn't have done it if I had known about the steam transfer clause.

Just want to confirm same happening here to us in Maryland... Neverwinter, Star Trek Online and Champions are all showing server status down still.
