I haven't played this Tales of Old, however, if the increased encounter cool down challenge on play through 4/5 still exists, please consider changing it to another challenge. We don't need Encounters to take forever to cool down. This will ruin the fun this event brings.

Dungeon Chests don't always allow you to open them consistently. It appears that if you don't open them both quick enough, they won't open. It may have something to do with players rerolling loot.
I agree. I think if they brought the Weapon Damages up from CW, DC and SW (by 20% as a start) it would make classes a lot more balanced. It would also help improve the viability of different Weapon Enchantments.

Why is it that the CW is the only class that is getting singled out for having a power that deals a significant portion of damage? On live its a 5% chance to proc off of all damage soruces, thats why you are seeing 9% ish crit hits. On preview, it has a 5% chance to proc off a Storm Spell hit. CW Bug: Steal Time cannot multi proc weapon enchantments at all. This is a bug because its a short channelling power. It even says 'Channelling' when you cast it. There are many bugs with CW powers and weapon enchantments, however this one should be prioritised because of the changes needed to multi proc.
Steel Blitz never proced lightning anyway. Lightning Arcs proc Steel Blitz when used on Weapon Master's Strike. This bug is still present in M13. It gives GWF a significant advantage in AOE fights. Lightning Enchant will remain the same for GWF as it was in m12B. The only change is to the Burst now being able to crit.
That sucks. Assuming you have 100% crit chance, thats a 1.5% chance for storm spell to proc the additional strike (30% for normal storm spell and 5% for the offhand bonus).
