I don't understand why you want to use Repel for draco, it has a limited target to 5 !! (shield have no limit...) Slot EF on tab, instead of Repel, generates TON of AP...

I think i'm gonna try it with a dps gear (it's easy to cap arm pen and get >40% crit) and all feat/passive for deflect (could get a nice 40% deflect). With Powerfull challenge (+15% vs marked foes) to increase dps and taking back aggro :cool:

The following heroic feats Learned Spellcaster and Prestidigitation does enhance your GS. About RoF vs MM, I think RoF with spellstorm and chilling presence have better DPS BUT you may loose your arcane stacks and i'd to say i love them (reduce CD for shield, longer stun for stealth time)

This is not a bug, all DoT do the same damage for the entire duration (every tick of damage will crit or not)

I have few questions about bonus set Titan: What is the duration of the bonus ? Vigilant Warlord: Does the bonus (+5% damag resist/+20% run speed on crit) stack ? If i do critical strike 5 targets, may i have +25% damag resist/+100% run speed for 4s ? or maybe the duration stack ?
