I am lvl 33 at the moment. Where can I pick up the battlefield medic and angel comps? Does the angel require trade bars instead of diamonds?

How can I tell on the fly if a comp will benefit my dps or tank character? Is it the configuration of the stone slots, offensive for dps and defensive for tank? (why is this game so freaking complicated?)
