It's the Ancient Grand Knight's Shield, transmuted to a Reflective Shield. The skin is quite common at lower levels... around 25-35 if I remember right.

The crafted +4 plate gauntlets are a match to Armor of Tenacity. That's correct. Additional points in the power Combat Superiority only increase the duration of the buff after being struck. Since the feat Tactical Superiority makes the buff persistent (and increases its damage) any points beyond the first in the power are wasted... as you can't increase the duration of "persistent." ;)

Good point. Most of my Cleaves are usually only to take advantage of a singularity, where it would still be superior to Crushing Surge, or occasionally on a prone target. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hey dkcandy, have you considered going with Crushing Surge instead of Cleave for PvP? I can see the continued benefit of Cleave in PvE, but in PvP, where single-target DPS is so important you might be able to squeeze out a little more efficiency in your build.
