  • Nope. The Tyranny vouchers don't exist in the campaign. However, you can now donate Dragon Bones, Dragon Gems, and Dragon Forged Steel to the guild coffer. Dragon Forged Steel can be purchased in Protector's Enclave for 50 Dragon Hoard Coins and 10 Gold. I guess this is supposed to be the equivalent to the campaign…
