Not sure I understand the relevance of your question. The time frame is irrelevant. The fact of the matter is it needs to be done. I don't know if you purchased the founder pack or not, but if you did, you too would be foolish not to feel ripped off right about now.

The OP suggestion is in no way affected by this at all. You can still eventually merge the shards. Its not going to happen immediately. By the time the shards are merged things will have stabilized. Kudos. I 100% agree. I paid $200.00 USD to support this game and thus far I have only seen its demise and quite frankly I feel pretty ripped off right about now. As the OP suggested, roll backs and/or wipes ARE in order. You can deny it all you want PWE/Cryptic, but the truth is, it needs to happen.

Exactly why my entire guilds leadership has since stopped playing. Expect more to leave as well. Ridiculous not to wipe considering the amount of exploits that have run rampant.
