Oh no! You must have missed the main chain quest. I was able to level from 1-60 without running out of quests or having to grind. You might want to play with it a bit more. There were a number of clean ""pretty" face options. As well as a large array or skin tone colors. You might have just overlooked a customize option while making yours.

I bought the Guardian pack and it says "Not allowed to play right now" and I mean the 59.99$ one. My husbands account IS working, and he just bought it as well.
