It seems to be working fine to me. I don't pay that close of attention but I've noticed my encounter CDs occasionally blip 1 second shorter when I'm using DF. Have to agree, but it's even worse than you make out in the OP. Just today I saw two parties advertising for 10k and 11k to run FH. It's really kind of pathetic.
