Yes I can confirm. I'm on PS and did not receive the voucher from the level 12 reward box, nor did a few others in my alliance. I also verified via Discord that this is also an issue on XBox. All in all yesterday when I hit level 20 I was missing 30 incentives and the free loadout voucher.

Yes, unfortunately AFAIK this is how it's supposed to work. I have been told that being able to trade in one enchantment and then redeem multiple enchantments of the same kind was a feature only available on PC test server. I knew it was too good to be true. 😔

You must talk to the Rewards Claim Agent 😉 The Rewards Claim Agent is the man on the left side of the desk if you're facing it. The Antiquities Scholar is the woman on the right side of the desk if you're facing it, the same one who you get medallions and new enchantment packs from.

The tab to make enchantments account wide is at the Rewards Claim Agent, tab left until it appears. You just need to tab over until it shows, it's kinda hidden like the menu for illusions at the Antiquities Scholars is as well lol.

Unfortunately I'm freezing with no friends at all on my friends list, as are others who stated as such above. Additionally I have over a terabyte of free space on my system and plenty of space on all my characters.

It would've still been FUBAR. Things have never seemed to have been tested as much as they should before they're pushed through on PS. Heck, we still have bugs that came with mod 21... Lol

I agree with this 100%. Unfortunately the changes made since mod21 that were supposed to make things easier for new players have done anything but... If anything it has made the need to buy and spend Zen easier but that's about it.

I'd be onboard with that. I wish they'd go back to having an Epic and Master version of all group content. The Epic (standard) version would get players accustomed to any instance mechanics and the Master (hard) version would offer increased difficulty and better rewards. That's my 2¢ at least. :)

No unfortunately there is no point in running any public random queues anymore. I stopped running public RADQ/RDQ when the m21 changes happened.
