Wanted to make mention that I have created two Clerics, all suffering from this problem. Soothing Light is never given to me when I gain Lv.10. It isn't just a respec issue (or at all). It has something to do with when the game gives you the skills. I've tried everything under the sun and yeah, I can't fix the issue at all…
