• Found my answer in the FAQ Q: If I spend Zen during Open Beta, will I get it back when Neverwinter launches? A: No, all Zen spent during Open Beta will be final purchases. It will not be returned or refunded after it is spent. So I will not be buying any Zen until this game goes live as they will be doing a character wipe.
