hey. if you use arc and press play it opens that small window in whitch you see some picture of woman and then bar indicates patching progress.. just on the top of that bar -left side ..2 servers: Neverwinter, and neverwinter preview. You want neverwinter preview and then wait for patching.. will take 10 mints like
