  • Hello! Apologies if this has been answered, I looked through a few pages of this thread and didn't see it mentioned.. When you puchase a companion with Zen from the store, do all your characters get one? Is it account wide? I really want to buy the Acolyte but I plan on having a few alts. Thanks! :D

  • Actually, xxxhatexxx is mistaken. The Rename Token was broken, and it was patched last night after the unexpected downtime. A very fast fix indeed. Thanks devs! NW.1.20130416a.15 Under UI... "The Rename Character button is now correctly clickable when a player has a Rename Token on the account."

  • Same problem here. Purchased my Rename Token from the in-game character sheet and nothing happened. Even though I purchased enough Zen to make a second attempt at the character select screen, that option is unavailable. Also the support site seems to be down currently.

  • No response for me yet. Also, is anyone able to access the support page on this website? I havn't been able to for the last 20 minutes. Be nice to get an update or acknowledgment of the problem at least.. save everyone else some money perhaps. >.>

  • Same thing just happened to me. Baught a Rename Token on the character sheet in-game and was unable to change my name.
