Yes, it's bugged on my HR on PC as well. Makes the class unplayable for endgame content. Will be changing to another main until it's fixed.

I'm having the same issue as Camuse1. No drops from quartermaster, dragon's hoard or fey's blessing since the mod 21 release. Likewise outside of leveling content I've not seen copper, grey vendor items, gear, gems or enchant stones drop from mobs since Tuesday. Edit: Noticed my RP bonus bar is not moving on any character…
