Character started after Mod 21 drop. Completed whole Leveling Campaign but Zen Charge page on Arc Site still states that Blacklake District must be completed before you can charge Zen to your account. Support could not confirm nor deny this is a bug nor give insight into what might be the new method to unlock access to…
