Have had some problems since SoMI, but really didn't get bad until the winter festival was patched in. Has been horrid.

Tried running the game without using Arc, having the same issues. Still *very* low data rates up and down. This happened during the winter festival for me last year, too. Was fixed about 4 days after it started then, but still isn't fixed now.

I'm having the same issues, since around the same time. Can't even minimize the game, my throughput goes to zero. Check and see if it's a data issue that's causing your graphics problems. Ok, it's happening again. Logged on fine this morning, tried to log in just now and it's prompting me to install the game. What is going on?
