Thanks for the response. I've checked for drives and I actually did a fresh install of windows thinking that might be an issue. No luck. neither fixed the issue.

Need Help? After the upate my character selection screen will not load fully and Neverwinter crashes. I've reinstalled as a hopefull fix but it didn't work.
