Profanity filters will never work right, especially in chats. For example, I've encountered this issue in several MMOs with the chat profanity filter enabled: I can't type the equivalent word for "yeah" in my native language, because it is an English slang term for Jewish people and considered offensive. Go figure...

That stupid dialog only pops up during combat if someone is stupid enough to loot stuff while in combat, instead of fighting. What I would suggest is to disable looting during combat completely - there's plenty of time for that after the fight is done.
