• Don't think this is necessary clarification but the update I'm referring to is the release of Uprising.

• Can't play the game after update. Losing my VIP keys. Game begins to load and crashes to dashboard at orange spinning wheel every time. Already tried reinstalling 3 times and hard reset of Xbox multiple times. Would appreciate advice on how to fix and refund of my keys. Thanks.
