And it doesn't say her first name in the quest. Hence the trouble finding who she is and where she is located.

The quest portion that is broken says talk to Mina not Acolyte Neyman. If you go to the Lynching Tree your quest trail shows up again and once you finish that part it will disappear again. Leaving the Lynching Tree area will get it t come back once more.

Only all the time since the last patch. Never had trouble before that but now the game is frustrating instead of fun. I think I'm done till next patch for anything but crafting.

After looking around the forums a bit I'm not holding my breath on getting a response to my ticket....

Well here is hoping that they will respond to the ticket I submitted about a purchase on the Zen Market. Since I can't create a thread I'm really at a loss as to how I am supposed to submit a bug report on these forums. I've been getting the Probationary Period Message for days now....
