Now with Sharandar Masterworks available on PC. What are the prerequisites? I do not get any quest nor can I buy recipes at the NPC.

As I have not seen it on this thread yet: I cannot send an account bound item via mailbox. Even if it is addressed to myself, the message appears that I can only drop the item there if it is addressed to myself.
