I'm not a big fan of most of the paladin weapon transmutes, particularly the maces. I see a lot of people with Blade of the Fey, which is easily obtainable in sharandar. I like the black ice longsword, although it's a bit short. I see a lot of the glacial transmutes for shields, or fey. Can't really provide suggestions…

The only thing that log proves is that you pulled 12 mobs in WoD and stood in the aimed shot. Use heals while it's running. Keep those temp HP up. 12 mobs shouldn't even be a challenge. Buff struggling classes. Adjust dungeons, maybe. The outside world is fine as it is, for many. If the difficulty is reduced, good players will become bored.

I have managed to get 2/5 of the patch over a 4 hour period. This does not include the pre-patch, which was done days ago. Nothing wrong with my connection here. The last 10 minutes have gotten me 1.2%, after reconnecting. How did some people manage to get it in 20 minutes?
