  • This has been happening on one of my accounts for well over a month. I've created half a dozen tickets and as of now, I haven't heard any response. Has anyone with this problem been able to get it resolved?

  • I have the same problem, and I also received the response to my ticket that it was lost... I have not yet received any word back on my last ticket, which I submitted about 2 days ago.
