I stopped the patch at 40 gbs d/led yesterday, I had 32 gbs left on my ssd after it, I just uninstalled NWN anf got back 13 gbs.

So I just quit the patch and see it's now version nw........523a.7

I've just hit 40 gb d/led and still at 17.9% done, I don't see an end anytime soon but my 128 gb ssd is, it's gone from 48 gb free space down to 42 gb. It'll end this madness whether I like it not..LOL

Now at 33gb and still at 17.9% done.

I'm now at 26.5 gb and still only 17.9% done. What is this? I played friday night after work, all the anniversary stuff was there, did tasks for Elminster.

I'm now at 66.8 mb/373 mb patched and 18.25 gb received and 17.9% done. What am I patching?

Why am I patching again? I patched friday morning, this patch, now saturday(australia) morning and I'm patching again, appears to be the same patch. Is there another?

It did the exact same thing back in open beta testing days when they released a big patch just prior to going live, it's actually meant to do this.

It looks more to me like an instructional video on how to 10 000 shot a combat dummy...:) I'd like to see a boss fight where you can just comfortably stand back and fire off shots like he does on the dummy.

Not to mention the fact that after many patches which were supposed to fix this in the 2 normal pvp arenas it still happens now.

I'm having rubberbanding issues too. I haven't had any since the Valindra Invasion event in open beta testing but it's back and bad.

I've downloaded the patch, been into game, seeing a small improvement when running around Protector's Enclave reguarding the portal event lag but I'm still lagging rubberbanding in other areas due to it, some even worse like pvp arenas and Trade of Blades. I don't know if it's because I'm in Australia but I know some…

I found a sort of fix for it, be in a foundry before the portal opens and until it closes, doesn't to eefect the foundry quests but I did get hit by the rubberbanding as 1 ended and that carried to the foundry quest when trying to hide the next one.

Add me to the list, these portals are nothing but **** nightmare for me, I haven't been able to play since they started and it appears they're around for a few more days yet. Seems to me Cryptic are too busy looking to dazzle us to distract us from the fact there is still much work needed to get this game ready to truly go…

I'm having the same problem, exit and it wants to patch, I left it run overnight and it still wants to patch but then closes as if there's nothing to patch, the patch was about 1500 mbs and the version number(I didn't think to write it down) ended in a 3 like it was an old patch. I thought it may be related to this thread…

Ok, thanx for the fast reply and I think your right, I think I ditched a feat like the 1 said, doesn't matter now as I bought an amulet from AH that got me back up over. Thanks again.

I'm having the same problem, I've been able to log in and have been in for about 2 hours, then 15 minutes ago I crashed out and now can't get back in. Same thing, Unable to Authenticate message where usually the patching progress thing is.
