I rather like the spell but I agree that the visuals are quite lackluster compared to everything else in this great game. The lightning looks almost low resolution, especially compared to some very cool looking lightning spells that some mobs have.

Provided that I didn't misunderstand your question, the class abilities are always on as long as you have slotted them in one of those two little squares on your hotbar

As far as my testing has gone, this does not seem to be the standard absorb shield found in most games. It seems to only reduce the damage on the first hit you take by some percentage, until you manage to avoid getting hit for 6 seconds, at which time it again reduces damage by a percentage. Yep, this is annoying, since you have to wade through 400 items in the entire level range just to find something that might be equipable for you. If the level was at least show in the listing it wouldn't be so bad but now you have to do mouse over every item that isn't dimmed.

What level are you? Cause in sub 19 it takes about 1 min to join a pvp queue
