Enchantments (Dark / Azure / Silvery, etc) only can go into YOUR equipment. Runestones (Eldritch, etc) can only go into Companions. I'd guess you're trying to put a Runestone into your equipment.

I'd add the constant disconnects in PK. it seems that anytime an ability hits more than 10 or so mobs, there's a good chance you, and everyone around you, gets disconnected.
