Holy HAMSTER. I closed out of Curse client and a couple other background apps and it started patching and let me log in.

I downloaded from the GameFront mirror.

I tried the 'game client' in the game's directory and it just launches the launcher. I wishes Cryptic would acknowledge the error at least. They haven't even shown that these posts have been read.

I'm having this exact problem as well. I used one of the mirror sites to download (GameFront). The normal downloads (Cryptic and Torrent) were slow as it gets. I've gotten no response so far.

Ugh. Still crashing as soon as I attempt to log in. I'm using the .3 version of the client that the mirror sites have put up since direct downloading is taking forever. Tried with and without the new EXE. Used the Redeem Key thing. Tried with blank login info, so it's not just my login ID causing it. IE 9, Chrome primary…

I'm still getting the following issue when trying to submit an ID and PW. Even if I leave the fields blank and click login, it gives the same error. I tried replacing the EXE file and no change. Using Windows 7 with Chrome as my primary browser.

Still crashing. When attempting to put in ID and PW, I get this: Tried reinstalling it, no change. I am using the version downloaded from GameFront as all the other downloaders are slow as it gets.
