Did they change that? I swear that was an Epic Collar Choice pack when the current Battle Pass came out? My entire Guild/Alliance were discussing and laughing their arses off about how pathetic it was.

Agreed, both the last two Battle Passes have been lack luster. There was a comment here about the Epic Collar Progress Pack being a sufficient improvement over the Epic Collar in the last Battle Pass, and honestly, I couldn't work out if this was supposed to be a joke or not.

I disagree, I think many of the dungeons are TOO EASY, where even mid-level players can just waltz through them, DPS run ahead and pew-pew-pew their way right to the end. I do this all the time when PUG queuing and am expecting a long wait, queue as Devout then switch to Arbiter and go do quests. Never been a problem, always end up in the Trial/Dungeon correctly with the right healer Loadout. I HAVE however had the 3 Cleric issue when I have NOT done this, so I don't think they're related.

For starters, Devout Cleric (or DC) is the Healing path, not the DPS. If you're trying to DPS with a Devout Cleric of course your going to be doing weak damage and running out of Divinity all the time. Go to MMOMinds and have a look for Aphas Mod-16 Cleric build guide and follow the Arbiter Build and rotation suggestions…
