honestly i don't see the point of the lower level seal vendors. you'll out-level the gear way before you can collect enough seals to buy it. seals are only good for endgame gear.

i used to love collecting mounts in wow when they didn't take bag space anymore. the game definatelly needs this.

you knew you wouldn't get any queue advantages when you bought the pack and should have considered it in your decision, instead of buying the pack then asking for something that was clearly not included in it.
