As in a erestore of account and login servers. They are all seperate machines. They will end up restoring that server.

Most likely their server had a system update. Now updates are conflicting with either configs or previous in house software. I maintain servers. So now you have to try and roll back individual updates. If that fails, They will need to restore the last backup before the update. Since there game servers are obviously…

i give them an hour of trying to roll back.... But I predict a server restore coming....
